Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Glucocorticoid-induced early osteonecrosis of femoral head.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The primary disease is heavier and is not suitable for participation in this study; 2. Those diagnosed without femoral head necrosis before enrollment; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. allergies and allergies to a variety of drugs; 5. With severe heart, cerebrovascular disease, liver, renal insufficiency (hepatic function test ALT or AST more than 2 times the upper limit of normal, renal function tests creatinine or urea nitrogen exceed the upper limit of normal value), hematopoietic system diseases, severe gastrointestinal diseases , mental and central nervous system patients with severe underlying diseases; 6. Have bleeding tendency or vascular insufficiency; 7. Not suitable for MRI exams (clausia, with pacemakers, metal rings, etc.); 8. The researcher thinks it is not suitable to participate in other situations of this study.
