Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years old; 2. Patients with H. pylori infection who have been examined by gastroscope, or those who have tested positive for H. pylori by C13 urea exhalation and other experimental methods; 3. When choosing the previous gastric mucosal paraffin(FFPE) slice sample, should choose to use the paraffin section that has been preserved in the past three years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Didn't save according to regulations, or beyond the preservation period; 2. The extracted DNA OD value(OD260/OD280) is not between 1.6 and 2.0, and samples that can not be reextracted or purified to meet the requirements should be removed.
