Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I or III, scheduled for total hip arthroplasty under anesthesia,all genders, aged years =65,total time more than 2 hours, will be prospectively studied.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe diseases, including uncontrolled hypertension and/or diabetes mellitus, severe heart and cerebrovascular diseases, and refused to sign an informed consent form, will be excluded.
