Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnosis criteria of DES; 2. Aged 18~65 years; 3. Volunteer participant with fine compliance and having signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other eye diseases; 2. Active lesion or recent ophthalmic surgery (3 months); 3. Oral or external application of other drugs for the eye disease; 4. Women in pregnancy and lactation; 5. Presence of severe systemic disease in cardiovascular system, cerebrovascular system, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
