Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It is in line with China guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of heart failure 2014; 2. cardiac function II-IV (NYHA classification).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have any 1 conditions below are excluded: (1) those with serious cognitive impairment or other reasons can not communicate; (2) Cardiogenic shock, severe arrhythmia accompanied by hemodynamic changes; (3) other chronic diseases, such as malignant fat tumor, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe severe arrhythmia; Heavy hepatic insufficiency (2 times normal value of liver function index), renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance >20%, serum creatinine >3 mg/dl or "265 mol/1), and middle cerebral apoplexy.
