Intraoperative Blood Loss

Interventions

SpHb monitoring group:Arterial blood sample was taken for blood gas test when SpHb dropped by 1g/dl.
Standard care group:Blood draws were taken according to the surgical team‘s experience.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who will undergoing cytoreductive surgery or scoliosis surgery; (2) Patients whose intraoperative estimated blood loss was over 15% of his/herself total blood volumn; (3) Patents who required invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring due to expectations of hemodynamic instability; (4) Adult patients (aged =18 years); (5) ASA level I~II; (6) Written informed consent was obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There was injury or nerve block on the arm; (2) Anemia(Male: total hemoglobin in venous blood sample was below 12g/dl; female: total hemoglobin in venous blood sample was below 11 g/dl); (3) Severe hepatic dysfunction; (4) Severe renal dysfunction; (5) Severe coagulapathy; (6) Pregnancy.
