Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conforms to the diagnostic criteria set by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conferenced,and the stroke patients verified by MRI or CT; 2. Conforms to the diagnostic criteria for hospital-acquired pneumonia; 3. It's first attack of stroke; 4. Aged 20 to 80 years old, course in three months; 5. Agree to participate in this clinic trail and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from severe cognitive impairment; 2. With severe mental and emotional disorders; 3. Suffer from cardiovascular,liver and kidney and other serious organ dysfunction; 4. Combined with musculoskeletal disorders preventing the patient from exercise training; 5. Severe coma: Glasgow Coma Scale=8. 6. Contraindications for pulmonary physiotherapy: lung tumor, pulmonary tuberculosis, skin infection at contact site, etc
