Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thyroid nodules were considered as the malignant.one or more features as follow were described in the malignant one: (1) solid hypoechoic nodule or mixed cystic and solid nodule which the solid was hypoechoic; (2) the margin of the nodule are lobulated or irregular; (3) a lot of flow was observed in or surround the nodule; (4) calcifications; (5) taller-than-wide. 2. The thyroid nodule was high risk which was adjacent to carotid artery or other large vessels,trachea,recurrent laryngeal nerve.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Obvious bleeding and coagulation disorder; 2. Obvious cardiovascular system or respiratory system or nervous system disease; obvious hepatorenal damage and acute infection; 3. Patient who is allergic to lidocaine.
