Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered in our center for IVF (and intracytoplasmic sperm injection, ICSI) treatment; 2. Female age above 35 years; 3. Number of cycles no more than 5; 4. Indications including fallopian tube factor and/or male factors; 5. Ovarian stimulation protocols without using GnRH agonist.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis and immunologic infertility; 2. Female and male chromosome abnormality; 3. Base FSH value above 20mIU/mL; 4. Failed IVF fertilization; 5. BMI above 28kg/m2; 6. adenomyosis, uterine malformations, endometrial polyps, intrauterine adhesions, and other organic diseases of the uterus or uterine cavity.
