EW Group:The normal EW intervention based on Pennebaker: write at least 20 minutes over four consecutive days (4 sessions)
Prolonged EW Group:The prolonged EW intervention: write at least 20 minutes, 3 times a week, over a 4-week period (12 sessions)

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) breast cancer patients diagnosed by pathologically; (2) underlying adjuvant chemotherapy, and the remaining chemotherapy cycles are more than one month; (3) able to write Chinese and physically able to write by hand for more than 20-minute periods; (4) Chinese fluency and have a primary education and above; (5) female, age older than 18 years; (6) patients who are expected to survive for more than 6 months; (7) signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) had a diagnosed psychiatric disorder; (2) combined with other cancer or other major diseases; (3) experienced major traumatic events like parents pass away during research period; (4) have been involved in other related studies.
