Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with repeated failed implantation (= 2 transplants with 2 high quality embryos); 2. serum follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) < 15 IU/L FSH) were negative for blocking antibody; 3. The karyotype of the two couples was normal, and the female side was negative for anti-phospholipid antibody; 4. There was no organic lesion of uterus and no hydrosalpinx; 5. all the patients transplanted cleavage frozen embryo; 6. Aged less than 40 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intrauterine adhesions, uterine malformations, tubal water, ovarian reserve function
