18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 75 years; 2. Karnofsky score more than 80 points; 3. Confirmed as by pathology; 4. Newly diagnosed as colorectal cancer without further treatment; 5. Not require an emergent or open surgery; 6. Without nausea, increased intracranial pressure symptom, not a pregnancy woman; 7. Tolerate general anesthesia; 8. The patient and family members understood the study protocol and participated in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With distant metastasis and no indication of surgery; 2. History of malignancy; 3. History of abdominal, pelvic and laparoscopic surgery; 4. With complicationas that an emergency surgery is required; 5. ASA grading from IV to V; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrollable infection; 8. Serious mental illness; 9. Unable to conplete the follow-up plan; 10. The patient or family cannot understand this study.
