Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18- 65 years; 2. The skin avulsion area is greater than 100cm2; 3. There is no active hemorrhage in the skin edge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication of operation; 2. The wound could not be grafted skin.
