18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Long-term hemodialysis patients (more than 3 months); 2) Patients?(ages?18-75) with stable vital signs and condition; 3) Receiving dialysis 3 times per week and 4 hours for one time, using glucose-free bicarbonate dialysate; 4) Hypotensive?drugs,?hypoglycemic drugs and?insulin are forbidden before and during dialysis. Ultrafiltration rate is same before and after food intake; 5) The flow rate of dialysate is 500ml/min, the sodium concentration is 137142mmol/l and the temperature is 36 to 37 degree C.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) The patients receiving other blood purification methods which may affect the results of the trial; 2) The patients with symptomatic hypotension or hypoglycemia happened more than 2 times per week in the month before the trial; 3) The patients with the blood pressure less than 90/60mmHg in the month before the trial; 4) The patients with the protopathy of diabetic nephropathy; 5) The patients with severe liver disease, heart disease, lung disease, mental disease,?anemia, cancer or hemorrhagic tendency.
