Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primary dysmenorrhea subjects were included in the criteria: 1. infertile women, right handed, 18 years old or younger than 30 years old; 2. in accordance with the criteria of primary dysmenorrhea diagnosis; 3. the period of menstruation was basically normal (28±7) days; 4. in the past 3 months, none of them had received acupuncture treatment, they did not take painkillers, sedatives and hormone drugs within 2 weeks before the test; 5. the average score of VAS pain score in nearly 3 menstrual cycles was more than 4cm; 6. signed informed consent and volunteered to participate in the research. Healthy subjects were included in the criteria: 1. unfertile women, right handed, 18 years old or younger than 30 years old; 2. patients with painless history and other gynecologic diseases; 3. The period of menstruation was basically normal (28±7) days; 4. the normal liver and kidney function tests were normal after normal physical examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. secondary dysmenorrhea, due to diseases, such as endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, myoma of uterus, pelvic inflammation, and other factors caused by endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, and other factors, have been confirmed by B-ultrasound and gynecologic examination; 2. combined with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3. unconsciousness, inability to express subjective symptoms and psychotic patients; 4. progressing malignant tumor or other serious consumption diseases, easy to merge infection and bleeding; 5. a taboo with MRI scan; 6. prepare for pregnancy.
