20 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged from 20 to 79 years old; 2) People of normal glucose tolerance: n = 10, FPG <6.1mmol/L, OGTT 2h <7.8mmol/L (from volunteers); 3) Type 2 diabetic patients: n=20, FPG=7.0 mmol/L and/or OGTT 2h=11.1 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with type 1 diabetes, pregnant or nursing women, people who have urinary tract infections.
