Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >18 years old men and women; 2. clearly diagnosed as the herpetic neuralgia in the first branch of trigeminal nerve with typical neuralgia; 3. the duration of disease was limited to patients whose eruption time was greater than 2 weeks and less than 2 months; 4. voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. women in pregnancy; 2. patients suffering from serious heart, brain, liver and body diseases can not tolerate minimally invasive surgery; 3. patients with abnormal coagulation function; 4. patients suffering from severe mental illness or other diseases can not correctly score the pain; 5. patients who were unable to follow up regularly; 6. allergy to the drugs in this study; 7. dissidents or unacceptable to this study.
