Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary IgA nephropathy was diagnosed by renal biopsy from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019. All genders and the patients were 18-65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary IgA nephropathy including purpura nephritis, lupus nephritis and hepatitis B. With primary and secondary kidney disease, acute kidney injury and tumor, severe hepatic or cardiac dysfunction. The biopsy tissue contains eight or less glomeruli.
