Biliary strictures

Interventions

Anti-reflux plastic biliary stent group (ARPS):Patients of this group will be inserted with an anti-reflux plastic biliary stent (Micro-Tech (Nanjing) Co. Ltd., Nanjing, China)
Traditional plastic biliary stent group (TPS):Patients of this group will be inserted with a traditional plastic biliary stent (Cook Ireland Ltd, Limerick, Ireland).

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) biliary stricture; (2) the manifestation of biliary obstruction; (3) more than 18 years old; (4) no surgical contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnancy; (2) ever biliary stents insertion or sphicterectomy; (3) with severe respiratory and circulatory system disease; (4) coagulation disorders.

The rate of the occurrence of ascending cholangitis in 12 months;The time of stent patency;

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of liver function;Electron microscopic examination of the thickness and composition of the attachments in the stent;16S rDNA sequencing of inner wall attachments of stents and tissue microorganism near the papilla;The rate of complications;
