Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) resistant hypertension; 2) suddenly developed and/or rapidaly advanced hypertension; 3) malignant or accelerated hypertension; 4) severe hypertension with massive atherosclerosis after 55 years old; 5) refractory to optimized drug after administration of an ACEI or ARB agent; 6) sudden, unexplained pulmonary edema and resistant heart failure; 7) unexplained renal dysfunction; 8) unexplained atrophic kidney or size discrepancy between kidneys of greater than 1.5 cm; 9) abdominal vascular bruits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) severe heart and/or pulmonary dysfunction; 2) sensitive to sulfur hexafluoride and/or iodinated contrast agent; 3) pregnant women; 4) complicated with cancer.
