Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The local community residents aged from 18 to 75 years old who completed the screening of cross-sectional study before and with completed data; 2. All participants signed the informed consents.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Obstructive nephropathy; 2. Vascular inflammatory nephropathy; 3. Renal transplant patients; 4. Patients with moderate-to-severe cardiac insufficiency (NYHA class III-IV); 5. Cerebral hemorrhage, stroke, and transient cerebral ischemia in 3 months; 6. Myocardial infarction in 3 months; 7. Unstable angina patients; 8. Patients With Mitral stenosis, aortic stenosis, or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; 9. Severe uncontrollable hypertension or secondary hypertension (such as Cushing's disease, pheochromocytoma, etc.); 10. Connective tissue disease or autoimmune disease; 11. Poor blood sugar control (HbA1c>11%); 12. Anemia, hemoglobin concentration <10 g/dl; 13. Severe liver disease; 14. Pregnancy, lactation or pregnancy preparation; 15. Any serious disease or end-stage disease; 16. Those who have the non-compliance signs or unable to complete the follow-up; 17. Meets other exclusion criteria for clinical research.
