Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the criteria for chronic heart failure diagnosis; (2) Patients who can tolerate exercise cardiopulmonary function evaluation system; (3) TCM Syndrome is qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome; (4) Signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) With severe disease, it is expected that the survival time is less than 1 year; (2) Accompanied by severe liver and kidney function damage or co-infection, tumor or immune system diseases; (3) Patients with sequelae of cerebrovascular diseases and limb movement disorders who are not free to move; (4) Pregnant women, breast-feeding women or women of childbearing age who have fertility requirements; (5) Psychiatric patients, or cognitive dysfunction; (6) It is expected that compliance will be poor, regular visits will not be available, or patient diary cards will not be filled as required; (7) Randomized groupings who participated in other clinical trials or have received this clinical trial within the last 3 months; (8) The researcher believes that there are other situations that are not suitable for the trial.
