18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 40 years old; 2. Patients with ASA I to III; 3. Pathological diagnosis is colon cancer or rectal cancer; 4. To determine the distant metastasis of non-cancerous cells; 5. Patients who voluntarily signed a consent form for laparoscopic colon cancer, rectal cancer surgery and postoperative control of intravenous analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical history or the use of psychotropic drugs; 2. History of drug abuse, alcohol or opioid abuse; 3. Treatment with monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors; 4. Other experimental drugs or other clinical trials were taken in the first three months of the study; 5. Combined with serious heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
