2 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients in the family were diagnosed with dermographic urticaria; 2. The patients in the family were at least three generations; 3. Family members exclude other genetic diseases; 4. The family members are all Chinese Han; 5. Members of the family voluntarily accept non-invasive and invasive medical examinations and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the family with dermographic urticaria and other types of urticaria will be excluded; 2. Patients in the family were less than three generations; 3. Patients in the family are accompanied by other hereditary diseases; 4. Members in the family are non Han people; 5. Patients in the family are mentally abnormal or unable to cooperate to check.
