Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Low back pain lasts more than 3 months; 2. There is pain, muscle tension or stiffness between the buttock band and the rib arch, and may also accompany with lower limb pain; 3. aged 18 to 50 years old; 4. Low back pain (when the most painful) VAS score is more than 3 points; 5. Participate in the trial voluntarily and sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness and cognitive impairment (MMSE < 24); 2. People with hydrophobia; 3. Specific lumbago, such as fracture, spinal stenosis, tumor infection, spinal structural abnormalities, etc.; 4. Lumbar dysfunction or pain caused by other diseases; 5. Complex back problems such as sciatica and spinal surgery; 6. Patients with severe and unstable cardiovascular, renal and liver diseases; 7. gestation; 8. Received a low back pain exercise intervention during the past 6 months.
