Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. in line with the western medicine diagnostic criteria with reference to the Chinese medical association in 1995 the fourth national conference on cerebrovascular disease in the revised "all kinds of cerebrovascular disease diagnosis" middle cerebral apoplexy (including cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage) diagnostic criteria, and confirmed by CT/MR; 2. stroke TCM diagnosis standards with reference to the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy emergency research consortium in 1996 established the therapeutic effect evaluation standard of stroke diagnosis (trial) in the diagnostic criteria of stroke; 3. patients hospitalized within 24 hours; 4. At least 5 points of A2DS2 scored , which is the high-risk group for stroke associated pneumonia; 5. patients informed and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with severe anorectal diseases such as rectal cancer and anal fissure; 2) patients with diarrhea and fecal incontinence; 3) patients with pneumonia at admission; 4) patients with gastrointestinal bleeding and acute abdomen; 5) the vital signs are unstable and severe organ dysfunction.
