Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. being consistent with the MCI diagnostic criteria established by the MCI International Working Group in 2004; 2. NO regular physical movement (2-3 times/week, 20min per time); 3. Tolerate moderate intensity sports (slow jump lattices); 4. Informed consent and would like to participate this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetic patients (insulin dependent); 2. Systolic blood pressure = 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure = 100mmHg; 3. Body mass index > 25, according to the World Health Organization standard, the adult body mass index above 25 is overweight or obese; 4. Having motor system diseases and other severe body diseases that limit participation in moderate intensity sports, such as a history of myocardial infarction or recent episodes of unstable angina pectoris.
