Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntary participation; (2) Aged=18 years; (3) Type 2 diabetes based on 2013 CDS and HbA1c 3 months; (7) K =4.8mmol/L in the screeing or run-in period; (8) SBP<140mmHg and DBP<80mmHg in screening or SBP<160mmHg or DBP<100mmHg in the run-in period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-DN 2. Bilateral renal artery stenosis>75%; 3. HbA1c=8.0% in the screening or run-in period; 4. UACR=3000mg/g in the screening or run-in period; 5. SBP>140mmHg and DBP>80mmHg in screening or SBP>160mmHg or DBP>100mmHg in the run-in period; 6. HfrEF with clinical symptoms in the run-in period; 7. Serious cardiovascular disease in the last half year; 8. Drug allergy; 9. Acute renal failure and dialysis treatment in the last half year; 10. Kidney transplantation; 11. Congenital or acquired solitary kidney; 12. Liver function: child-Pugh B/C? ; 13. Participate in other trials; 14. Women with pregnancy, preparation pregnancy or lactation; 15. WBC<3.0×10^9/L or hemoglobin<80g/L or platelet<80×10^9/L etc. Or active liver disease or abnormal liver function; 16. Chronic diarrhea or peptic ulcer disease in the last year; 17. Malignant tumor; 18. Acute or chronic infectious diseases; 19. Severe arrhythmia in ECG; 20. Psychosis, alcoholism, drugs or other substance abuse; 21. Other factors affecting DN or therapeutic effect.
