18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-85 years old male or female; 2) have been diagnosed with malignant tumors, and intend to use immune checkpoint inhibitors (PD-1 or PDL-1) treatment; 3) patients voluntarily participated in and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: One of the following conditions was ruled out: inability to tolerate PD-1 treatment; angiographically confirmed severe left main disease; presence of grade III or IV heart failure; acute myocardial infarction (acute or convalescent); liver insufficiency(Galvin or aspartate aminotransferase> 80 U/L); Severe renal insufficiency (eGER = 30 ml/min/1.73 m2); Thyroid disease; Acute infectious disease; mental illness; Life expectancy is less than 6 months.
