Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18-75 years; 2. Histologically confirmed squamous cell cancer of the cervix; 3. Estimated life expectancy >= 4 weeks; 4. FIGO stage IB2, IIA2; 5. Chest and abdominal CT scan or PET-CT with no evidence of distant metastasis; 6. Performance status ECOG 3.0×10^9/L, platelets > 100×10^9/L, CCR>60ml/min, serum bilirubin < 1.25×upper normal range).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Evidence of distant metastases; 2. Pregnancy or breast-feeding; 3. Other malignancy in the last 5 years; 4. Previous pelvic or abdominal radiotherapy; 5. Unable to follow-up; 6. Otherwise unfit for surgery.
