18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) volunteered for this study, understand and signed informed consent; (2) initial stroke patients; (3) aged 18-80 years; (4) conscious, the stable vital signs; (5) able to proceed the head MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) history of Parkinson's disease, peripheral nerve lesion and other movement disorders; (2) exist serious cognitive, speech, vision, hearing impairment, or mental disorders; (3) with tumors, severe breathing, heart, liver, kidney, endocrine and hematopoietic system disease; (4) has a history of epilepsy or with a family history of epilepsy, or have metal implants in the brain, whom are not suitable for transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy; (5) has a history of alcohol or drug abuse; (6) during pregnancy and lactation women; (7) attending other clinical trial which can effect this study's result; (8) cannot complete basic treatment, poor compliance.
