Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age 18-65 years old, stable condition after heart valve replacement and need to take warfarin for more than one year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: valve repair or bioprosthesis replacement only requiring short-term anticoagulation, valve surgery combined with bypass surgery, severe complications with poor prognosis, severe liver or kidney dysfunction or blood system disease, non-compliance of the research subject process, emergency surgery patients.
