Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 5-12 years old, gender unlimited; 2. Diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder according to the evaluation of ADOS and ADI-R; 3. Stop use of antibiotics and other drugs that have an effect on intestinal microflora; 4. The parents or legal guardians of the children had good reading and comprehension skills and could complete the filling of the relevant assessment scale and follow-up; 5. The parents or legal guardians of the children sign the informed consent and volunteer to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction; 2. Intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, intestinal bleeding and other diseases that can cause severe systemic reactions by intestinal microecology reconstruction; 3. Other neurological, psychiatric or severe physical diseases except autism spectrum disorders.
