Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria set by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference; 2. The first stroke patients with hemiplegia verified by MRI or CT; 3. Aged 20 to 80 years old, with six months course; 4. Agree to participate in this clinic trail and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With cardiovascular, lung, liver and kidney and other serious organ dysfunction; 2. Unstable vital signs; 3. Had a diseases such as severe pulmonary hypertensionSevere joint diseasewhich interfere with breath training; 4. With lung cancer, active tuberculosis, Skin infection and ulcers; 5.
