40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with rheumatic heart valvular disease requiring valve replacement surgery; 2. With atrial fibrillation; 3. Preoperative cardiac function classification (NYHA classification) II or III; 4. Patients and their families agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative examination had other important organ damage, such as liver and kidney function, blood routine, coagulation function abnormality, etc.; 2. The operation time was prolonged due to major blood vessel injury and peripheral tissue damage; 3. Preoperative cardiac function I, grade IV or obvious left cardiac function was not fully LVEF<30%; 4. Cardiac surgery outside of the modified mazes and valve replacement was needed during the same period; 5. Rule out the cases of perioperative death.
