Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. early caries:patient age range 12 to 24 years; course of treatment no less than 12 months; straight wire correction technique; use of fluorine-free adhesive; good health, no history of systemic disease; all upper and lower jaws The premolar teeth develop well, the color is normal, there is no obvious defect, there is no enamel hypoplasia, dental fluorosis or tetracycline teeth; daily use of non-fluorine toothpaste brushing three times, every 3 to 5 minutes, in addition to other oral cavity Hygienic maintenance measures, such as fluoride mouthwashes; informed consent of patients and their families; 2. apical periodontitis:After the apical periodontitis tooth was treated in our hospital with at least two regular root canal treatments: (1) the affected tooth had spontaneous symptoms such as pain, swelling, or occlusal pain; (2) clinical examination had pain, sinus tract did not disappear or Sinus tract appeared; (3) X-ray film showed a new bone destruction area around the root tip of the tooth, the original apex week shadow was not reduced within a year or the shadow range was expanded (quantified); (4) no bottom wear, side wear Or root root fracture: (5) root canal patency; (6) patients with voluntary treatment; (7) did not use other drugs in March, during the treatment does not use other drugs. The presence of any one of (1) to (3) is considered as refractory apical periodontitis. 3. Periodontitis: (1) X Ray shows alveolar bone resorption<length of root 1 /2; (2) at least one site of each tooth 4 mm<PD=6 mm and BOP( + ); (3) number of remaining teeth in oral cavity = 16; (4) no photosensitivity And methylene blue allergies; (5) non-pregnant and lactating women, no recent pregnancy plan; (6) no serious systemic disease and can tolerate periodontal basic treatment; (7) voluntarily accept this study, informed consent. 4. Peri-implantitis:no implant loosening, SCI =1, periodontal probing depth (PD) =4 mm or overflow pyloric sinus tract, x-ray film showing bone absorption and translucent area on the implant neck. No systemic systemic disease; no oral antibiotics or immunosuppressive agents were taken within 3 months before the experiment, and no plaque-suppressing drugs were gargled within 1 month; they were able to return to the clinic on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. early caries:The patient had necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis; there was a history of allergies to the fluoroprotective paint composition; compliance was poor and patients were unable to return on time; 2. apical periodontitis: (1) suffering from bottom wear, lateral wear, or root fracture; (2) severe heart, lung, kidney insufficiency; (3) diabetes; (4) underage patients; (5) pregnant women; (6) Apical periodontal disease with dental trauma, root tip absorption, periodontal disease; (7) Apical shadow greater than 12 mm. 3. Periodontitis:Smoking; Severe systemic diseases such as diabetes (HbA1c>7.5%), cardio-cerebral vascular disease, etc.; lactating women; allergic to photosensitizers 4. Peri-implantitis:Treatment of peri-implantitis in the past 6 months; Smoking; Severe systemic diseases such as diabetes (HbA1c>7.5%), cardio-cerebral vascular disease, etc.; Patients with severe periodontitis Pregnant and lactating women; allergic to photosensitizers.
