Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Signed informed consent form, undergoing epilepsy surgery, 1~12years old, body weight = 40Kg, ASA?~?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with Liver or Renal Diseases; Patient with hematonosis or family history of hemorrhagic diseases; Patient with procedure time less than 3h or more than 8h; Patient who is undergoing the second craniotomy.
