19 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 19-25 years health young adults and the number of men or women is at least 30; 2. No metabolic diseases; 3. Normal thyroid function; 4. Normal urinary iodine concentration; 5. Normal liver function; 6. Normal haematological variables; 7. No drug and dietary supplement containing iodine, no X-ray exposure history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic metabolic diseases; 2. Thyroid diseases; 3. Gastrointestinal diseases and chronic constipation.
