Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-65 years old; Thoracoscopic lung cancer patients; one lung ventilation time = 1h
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to Dexmedetomidine and ropivacaine; 2. Severe spinal deformity malformation, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD), acute phase of chronic bronchitis, acute exacerbation of asthma; 3. History of mental illness; 4. Severe liver dysfunction, severe renal dysfunction; 5. Late cardiac block, severe ventricular dysfunction; 6. Tracheotomy should be performed after surgery; 7. The patients or his family did not sign the informed consent form or refused to participate in the clinical trial.
