Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The puerperants underwent regular obstetrical examination in our hospital and have indications for c-section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included puerperants with the age>40, placenta previa, HELLP syndrome and sever cardiopulmonary dysfunction and contraindication for CSE anesthesia (coagulation disorders, infection of the involved site, lumbar disk protrusion and rachiterata)
