40 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 40~80 years old; (2) weight 45~90kg; (3) American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I~III; (4) able to sign informed consent and cooperate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) with major mental problems or history of mental illness; (2) with major cardiovascular disease, hepatorenal insufficiency, gastric ulcer or coagulation dysfunction; (3) with history of allergies to any of these drugs; (4) with neuromuscular defects in the affected limbs; (5) with history of alcohol or drug abuse; (6) with language difficulties or ear disease.
