Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) using metal double wing brackets or invisalign; (2) good oral hygiene, there is no obvious periodontitis, dental caries and enamel demineralization and other oral diseases; (3) no history of antibiotic use within 1 months; (4) no smoking history; (5) without the history of orthodontic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) with systemic systemic disease; (2) active caries or obvious root exposure and gingival atrophy; (3) enamel hypoplasia, fluorosis and enamel demineralization have been observed before orthodontic treatment.
