Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) in line with the cancer diagnostic criteria of the international anticancer Federation, patients with malignant tumors diagnosed by pathology and / or cytology; (2) patients who were diagnosed with depressive symptoms according to Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD17); (3) TCM syndrome differentiation is consistent with the guiding principles of clinical research on new drugs in 2002, and TCM syndrome types include liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome; (4) aged 18-80 years; (5) the KPS score was more than 60; (6) the life period is expected to be >3 months; (7) no radiochemotherapy, glucocorticoid and other antidepressant treatments were carried out in the past 1 months; (8) voluntarily take part in the clinical research and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) combined with severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction and hematopoietic diseases; (2) illiteracy, mental retardation or psychosis; (3) women in pregnancy and lactation; (4) other clinical trials are being accepted; (5) the research data are incomplete.
