Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteered as subjects and signed informed consent; 2. Aged over 18 years; 3. Stage III non small cell lung cancer patients; 4. Patients with clear biopsy diagnosis; 5. Radiotherapy was planned for lung lesions, and no other radiotherapy was accepted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with benign lung tumor by pathological examination; 2. People have other malignant tumor; 3. Refused to sign the informed consent; 4. Unavailable for follow up; 5. The researchers believe that the other condition to lead to that they don't fit into the group.
