Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From October 2017 to December 2019, 100-150 patients with rheumatic diseases (including rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and systemic lupus erythematosus) were treated at the Department of Immunology,The Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University. All patients were treated with MTX: MTX at a dose of 7.5--15 mg administered orally for 3 months or more once a week. Can be taken at the same time or not: 1. non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 2. small dose of hormone; 3. leflunomide; 4. hydroxychloroquine; 5. biological agents such as etanercept; 6. sulfasalazine; 7. iguramide; 8. thalidomide.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who do not receive MTX or non-rheumatic diseases; (2) Patients who do not receive MTX orally once a week during the observation period and those who are on medication for less than 3 months; (3) Use may significantly affect MTX pharmacokinetics Such as cyclophosphamide, cyclosporine; (4) combined with severe heart, liver, lung, kidney and other diseases in patients.
