Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Preterm infants with respiratory distress in 12h after birth and which would be born in the participating hospital and admit in the neonatal unit (including neonatal intensive care unit); (2) Premature infants which gestational age between 28 weeks to 34 weeks need no endotracheal intubation in 12h after birth; (3) Within 6h after birth,the infants with RDS need nCPAP non-invasive ventilation; (4) Before administration the chest radiograph confirm the existence of RDS I-III level, but no air leak syndrome; (5) The families of the infants signed the agreement for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Infants need tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation; (2) There are congenital malformations of congenital pulmonary dysplasia, congenital diaphragmatic hernia, esophageal fistulas, and other congenital malformations that endanger life; (3) The family members are not willing to participate in this study or provide written informed consent.
