Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-75 years men and women; (2) the expected life period is more than 3 months. (3) BCLC stage was A or B stage; (4) the physical capacity of ECOG is less than 1; (5) and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)there were other distant metastases except liver. 2) liver tumors were treated with TACE, ablation or iodine particle therapy for one year. 3) patients with obvious arteriovenous fistula; 4) patients with or without other malignancies (except cured basal or squamous cell carcinoma or cervical carcinoma in situ). 5) leukocyte 2mg/L); 7) AST and / or ALT > 5 times the normal upper limit; 8) coagulation function is poor INR > 1.5, or is undergoing anticoagulation therapy or known hemorrhagic diseases. 9) a history of major diseases involving heart, kidney, bone marrow or lung and central nervous system. 10) recent infection needs antibiotics; 11) can cause the subjects to fail to follow the research plan or even endanger the patient's safety complications or social environment.
