Interventions
Experimental group:removal the urinary catheter within 24 h directly after surgery
Control group:removal the urinary catheter after training bladder function on the third day regularly after surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-75 years old; (2) Preoperative fibrosis colonoscopy and pathological biopsy confirmed colorectal cancer as the primary cancer; (3) No difficulty in urination and no urinary tract infection before operation; (4) Provision of written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with colorectal cancer palliative surgery, Miles operation and emergency surgery; (2) Patients with obvious urinary diseases including urinary tract stone, tumor, prostatic hyperplasia. (3) Patients having a history of urinary inuresis within 72h; (4) Patients with the history of pelvic surgery or with severe systemic diseases such as heart, lung, kidney, etc.; (5) Patients required Lateral lymph node dissection; (6) Patients with recurrent rectal cancer or multiple rectal cancer and with other tumor; (7) patient unconscious and unable to express the intention of urination correctly; (8) patients with dementia, stroke or mental illness; (9) Antibiotic treatment was applied 1 week before surgery.
