60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or older; 2. can adhere to participate in activities more than 1h; 3. will not move away from the institution within 3 months; 4. patients had signed informed consent after informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients are undergoing antidepressant medication or psychotherapy currently; 2. Patients are undergoing cognitive therapy or taking related drugs; 3. patients with communication difficulties; 4. unable to laugh because of illness.
