Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female aged 40 to 65 years old; 2. the body mass index (BMI) 18.5-30kg2; 3. ASA grade I ~ II; 4. Mallampati grade I~II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the size of the oral opening < 2.5 cm; 2. Contraindications for the use of anticholinergic drugs, such as narrow angle glaucoma, pyloric obstruction, prostatic hyperplasia, severe cardiovascular disease and allergies; 3. Have a history of anaesthetic allergies; 4. Chronic addiction and dependence on opioids or hypnotic drugs, chronic alcoholism; 5. Lack of communication and neuropsychiatric disorders; 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 7. Patients with respiratory tract infection and asthma attack before operation.
